Design and develop these landing pages to capture the essence of each target audience. Incorporate engaging visuals, videos, easy navigation, and a user-friendly interface. The back end should be intuitive, allowing for seamless interactions and data processing.

I would like some videos that I have, to explain what we do and to express how simple we make it to get approved to buy a home. Best of luck!

Target Audience 1: Landing Page 1: Real Estate Agents
Real Estate Agents are normally 1099 aka do not show all of their income on their tax returns, making it pretty difficult to get financing to buy a home. I have a Real Estate Agent Program that can help them purchase a home with only 5% down. I would like to convey a message through a landing page specifically for them to show how simple it is to help them. I am willing to provide a video for understanding on the landing page. The landing page must be modern but engaging and simple to get agents information or to schedule a call.


Target Audience 2: Landing Page 2: Self-Employed or Business Owners Homebuyers
Self Employed people like independent Contractors, Realtors, Business Owners, Partnerships, Truck Drivers, and more / Most business owners make money but write off a lot on their tax returns. This is good because they do not owe a ton of taxes but it makes it pretty difficult to get financing to buy a home. I have a Self Employed/Business owner program that can help them purchase a home with only 5% down. I would like to convey a message through a landing page specifically for them to show how simple it is to help them. I am willing to provide a video for understanding on the landing page. The landing page must be modern but engaging and simple to get agents information or to schedule a call.

Target Audience 3: Landing Page 3: First-Time Homebuyers
We have first time homebuyer programs to help first time homebuyers and more. Including down payment assistance and other special financing options to help and assist people looking to buy a home. We have dedicated agents the understand and walk them through the process to help them get all of the credits and assistance through the purchase process.

Lazarus Underwiting is on Facebook and Instagram and my website is lazarusmortgage.com. I don't really love my website and that is why I want landing pages to be more specific to the audiences I am looking for.
