Brief de Design En-Tête

Hi
We need to combine our two sister business's logos onto a letterhead for invoicing and they will need to come under the banner of Frigtech Services Pty Ltd.
I have attached our current logos, a copy of our current letterheads for Frig Tech WA and Frigtech Services Pty Ltd. The idea would be to have the Frigtech Services logo on top (with the words incorporating) and the 2 sister businesses under it in the header, or something similar. Some of the wording may need to be changed as far as contact numbers and addresses but I just want to get the basics layout completed first.
