Brief de Design de PowerPoint

This is a 2-phase project to design a slide deck for a semiconductor company in the Silicon Valley. The design budget will be increased with each phase.
The slide deck will need to have one version with a dark background for presentations and a second version with a white background. Otherwise, the slides will be the same. I anticipate we will need a total of 10 slides, but that number may change.
The first phase will be to design a Title and a Title and Content slide.
- The Title Slide is the first slide of the deck. It should include the presentation title, the presenter's name and date of presentation
- The Title and Content slide should include a title and content with bullet points and up to 2 additional sub-bullets
- The Title and Content slide should have a footer that includes the slide #, Verge Semiconductor Confidential, and the logo. This footer will be on every slide except the Title Slide
The first two slides will serve as the format for the remaining ~8 slides:
-Header and Content Text (1, 2, 4 column)
-Header and Content Image (bar chart, pie chart, tables)
-Break
-Title only
-Closing (Verge logo only)
Our slides contain a lot of content so a clean and simple design is best.
Both phases will need to include pre-set color options for
-Text and Lines
-Shadows
-Bullets and sub-bullets (including shapes, ex. circle, slash, square, etc.)
-Bar charts, pie charts, tables
