Brief de Design de Logo

I help gym and fitness studio with their marketing and business consultation.

I am looking for a minimalist logo design. I have attached 2 logo examples that reflect exactly what I am looking for. I want some sort of visual effect in the first letter (B). The visual effect can be abstract or related to business growth. But please *DO NOT* include a dumbbell or a bicep or anything of that nature, I am NOT a personal trainer, the gym itself is my client. Below is the font and color scheme I want.
