Brief de Design de Logo
It is brand new company project. It is focus in the alignment between departments, grow the people inside them with the right skills and applying lean principles to do so. The Slogan is: Align, Grow, Collaborate, Together.
The concept is a Butterfly (people will evolve and grow). The interior of the wings should start with company colors (see image attached called SMART logo to take the same colors) and then gradually fading to other vibrant colors that represents the collaboration with other departments. If the body of the butterfly represents somehow an arrow, showing the growing, but very subtle, could be great. Take the images below as example
