Brief de Design de Logo

We are a human resources management software company. We are looking to rebrand our company, starting with our logo. We would like our new logo to reflect a young, dynamic, and approachable company, but also one that is experienced, responsible, and structured. It should inspire trust but also feel close. It should be perceived as light, agile, and pragmatic.

We would like to keep our name, "PRAX," but we would like to change the brand colors to the following:

Primary: #1b4d87
Secondary: #6ba938
Tertiary: #fdde58

We would also like to keep our font, Roboto. The use of shapes in the logo is not necessary, but if considered necessary, we would like to work with the shapes of a circle, square, and triangle (as a representations of work task).

Our current logo is attached.

The expected final product is:

A logo that can be used in both print and digital applications
A version of the logo in icon form
A black and white logo version for versatility and adaptability
A monochromatic logo version for single-color applications
A comprehensive guide outlining logo usage rules and guidelines
Specifications for logo placement, sizing, and color usage
