Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo for a new clinic in the Netherlands for Maxillofacial surgery.
The name of the city will need to be added later (which will be like subtext behind or under MKA clinics) . I would like something or some sort of classic feature like the leonardo davinci drawing and then maybe something like a tooth design within the MKA Clinics text. I uploaded some designs/logo I sort of liked.
