Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for a veterans' plaza to be constructed in the United States. I am fundraising for a veterans' plaza to be constructed at a courthouse with flags, monuments, and engraved bricks. The logo going to be used on websites, t-shirts, and general marketing for the project. The design should have a round shape to reference the plaza and should communicate American patriotism and honor. Anyone from teenagers to elders should be attracted to it. Red, white, and blue colors should be present. An architectural drawing of the plaza is linked below.
