Brief de Design de Marketing Électronique

Hello!

I know what I want to do for our company's updated e-mail signature (Please see attached "Autumn 2023 email sig edit"). However, my skills are exceptionally limited and I am unable to work out, or find information on converting this into an e-mail signature, with clickable social media links.
This is for Microsoft Outlook and would need to be edited for 11 members of staff.
All help or any slight improvement suggestions are most welcome!
