Brief de Design de Logo
We (Nicholson) are a company that manufactures log debarkers for the timber/lumber processing industry - supplying debarkers all across the globe. We have a division in Belgium that represents both of our sister brands - though primarily the "Nicholson" brand (Sales, Service, Parts) though it supports the Valon Kone brand in parts sales. The logo should reflect the corporate colours of both brands (Green for Nicholson, Blue for Valon Kone)... and may include a stylized 'debarking ring. I have attached a copy of the old VN logo (on a business card) that we would like updated (in the files attached.
It is not critical that the elements from the two company's logos be kept... but if some respect were to be given to them - that would be appreciated

Exigences
Doit avoir
- Should be simple and easily printed/embroidered. Anything better than the current VN logo… leaning more toward ‘Nicholson’ than ValonKone
Bien d'avoir
- Could have something that suggests sustainability. But this is not critical
Ne doit pas comporter
- An entirely ‘new’ theme. Corporate colours should be respected. No ‘stylized’ logs
