Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo for our Conservation District in the northern Rocky Mountains of Montana. We work with conservation of rivers, forests, and agricultural open space, and promote wildflower diversity. We would like to have a logo somewhat similar to our old logo, and I am providing a possible mockup and another logo I like (see attached files). The mockup contains the flower arrow leaf balsam root, and lupine, but adding those flowers might make the foreground too crowded? We will get the logo embroidered on uniforms, printed on letterhead, and made into stickers. We would like the logo to be in color, but also have a single-color option.
