Brief de Design Graphique

Seeking a graphic design to brand a handheld cordless vacuum, targeted towards kids!

I'm an entrepreneur mom of 3 who stumbled onto the fact that my kids love helping clean up with a handheld cordless vacuum cleaner we have. I've found a factory that can make private label vacuums and apply a sticker decal to the main canister/nozzle part of the vacuum to customize them, branded as kid vacuums. I'm envisioning a magic vacuum type design with shooting stars, lightning bolt energy currents, little star bursts to create movement and a fun magical feel. I am open to the design and colors, but am thinking metallics of gold, silver and rainbow foil multicolor metallics, or blue and purples like a starry night feel. I would like the design to be gender neutral to appeal to both boys and girls ages 3-12. The fun of the vacuum is that it's a powerful sucking tool that can magically make messes disappear. I think kids like it because they feel the power of using an adult tool, so I still want it to feel sophisticated and powerful vs. too kiddish. The factory can apply a large sticker decal that wraps the nozzle that covers up the chamber that holds the dirt. I would like the design background to be see-through so you can see a little bit of the dirt that is gathered, for some cleaning satisfaction, but the design should be the main focus.
