Brief de Design de Logo

This is a logo for a company that specializes in inflatables, tents, and party rentals. I have specific branding colors and will need one logo option that includes all of these colors and I will need that same logo in a black and white version as well. I have uploaded a design concept idea that I enjoy, but am open to alternatives. The HEX codes for each of the company colors are as follows and I have also uploaded a reference image reflecting this: (#57f035), (#ffa1da), (#f4a01e), (#f5ff55), (#e12195).
