Brief de Design de Logo

We are starting a multifaceted consumer products company that will have both upscale product offerings as well as core/mass market product brands. In addition, we will have a closeout branch that will be run separately.
Regal Hill - Premium Line and Name of Company
Cardinal Hill - which is the core line. ...and the closeout arm is called Excess Finds.

While this project is for 1 logo - Cardinal Hill we will have a total of 3. Regal Hill is completed for both the Logo and Business Cards attached for your reference.
The 3 logos to be used across the different businesses and/or product lines. While the design should be ownable in its own right, we would like it to work with Regal Hill
The products range in party /paper/ journals/stationery/gift bags/seasonal decor/Back to school etc,
We should come with an alternative execution -- i.e. if it is vertical - show a horizontal execution as well. Or an abbreviated version....CH for example.
