Brief de Design de Logo

We have a website called STL Soccer News (stlsoccernews.com) that is fairly new, and we need to replace the logo we are currently using which we have limited usage rights on as we grow the site and prepare for the launch of a companion app. The logo should utilize the following hex colors: Blue: #012773, Red: #C70F2E, and Yellow: #F5DC0F. We will need something that can work in a banner on a webpage as well as by itself as an app logo. The St. Louis Gateway Arch should feature prominently as well a soccer/football and if possible a fleur de lis. A sense of movement would be nice to see.
