Brief de Design de Logo

We are looking to completely redesign our company's logo and want to get a design that is still relevant to our industry but is completely different than what we have now. We help businesses in the cannabis and hemp industries process their harvests, make new products, and generally serve as cannabis processing consultants.

The logo itself needs to say "IPS" with the subtext of "Industry Processing Solutions" as one version, and one without the subtext.

We are open to any and all color options with the exception of green and black themes, which are too overused in our space. The design should communicate expertise and professionalism but still have some character to message our clients that we understand them. We do not want a sterile, modern, or boring logo and would rather see some options that have more character.

Lastly, we are tentatively open to 3 dimensional-style logos, but feel that it's very hard to pull off and not look cheap, so please do not submit one in that style unless you think it looks excellent (most look generic unfortunately). Thank you!
