Brief de Design de Logo

We want to rebrand our flower shops, The Flower Bucket. Had a logo designed 15 years ago that is very busy and crowded with terrible colors and need to simplify as the brand has grown into multiple locations and cities.

Wanting something very clean, classy, elegant and to the point. Largest single owner chain of flower shops in the country so want to portray a strong brand. Logo needs to work well small on swag and large on billboards. Logo should be able to stand on its own with out a wordmark to match.

Currently owned by Lone Star Bloom, which has a very simple and clean logo. May can play off of this so they look similar or like they go together?
