Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo for a new company based in Texas Gulf Coast region called R Farms. We are a craft distillery. We are a grain to glass distillery creating Vodka and Whisky using grains grown from our fourth generation farm. Grains mostly used will be corn, rice and wheat. Our farming practice play an essential roll in conservation of wetlands and migratory waterfowl. Colors should be Rustic Red, Black and White but not limited to. Looking for colors that are warm and sophisticated. The design should communicate a high end product with a warm feeling.
