Brief de Design de Logo

We are 2 companies on the same floor with slightly different logos that are already known. One is a physiotherapy practice the other one is a gym.
The Gym - "arcus sports" has orange color for "arcus" and grey for "sports"
The Physio Clinic "arcus physio" has blue color for "arcus" and grey for "physio".
The design difference on both Logos next to the coloring is a little design on top of the "a" from "arcus".

Now we want to have a Logo, that "combines" both companies and people realize that it stands for both - arcus physio and arcus sports.
The goal is to put it on our windows, so people can see it from the outside.
Colors are allowed, if needed we can also just make it plain white.
The final design should be similar to the existing ones
