Brief de Design Graphique

I need a strong unique graphic artist to create 2 separate parts of a project for me:
1. A messy handwritten, virtually unreadable, text logo that will spell out "Public Relations". I have uploaded 2 references for this and I am open to the artist interpretation to create this. To start I would like it just done in white on a black background, however I may want to view it in some colors after we get the design right.
2. I want to create a couple images of groups of people standing around in a combination of foreground (closer & larger) and background (smaller & appearing further away). The style can be very minimalist with very little detail and almost a rough paint brush style or a little more detailed like an old cutout of a black and white photo.
I have uploaded several reference images to give you a strong idea of both styles. After the official style and feel is correct we can work on tweaking the actual characters in the image.

This project has the opportunity of having future designs and images added to it in new projects to work together further :)
