It should appeal to rural residents and New York City tourists. The owner creates an array of interesting cuisine that is simple, yet flavorful. Whenever possible, she utilizes food the is locally sourced from the Catskill Region. Any images used in the logo should be understated. She is looking for a refined, yet semi-upscale message.
