Brief de Design de Logo

Its should be a ying yang sign 90 degrees turned, I drew something as a reference (picture).
The sign on the left inferior part should be something similar to the sign on the tattoo (picture), I also send you a picture of a 'owia kokroko' for better understanding/visualisation.

if possible one version with no text on i and a version with 'Floating Vorarlberg' beneath in black colour.
