Brief de Design de Logo

Develop a logo for a strategy consulting firm that works with entrepreneurs and business leaders to launch their best ideas, be they new products, services, or programs.
This logo will be used on business cards, website, marketing materials, and powerpoint slide templates.
I want bright/electric blue to be a primary color.
I also want part of the logo to be featureable in small circle for social media posting on LinkedIn.
I'm trying to do a marketing play of "we'll help launch your new idea" kind of like launching a rocket into orbit with my consulting company serving as the launch pad/prep team and getting the client to the 'launch point'
