Brief de Design Graphique

ATTENTION!
I have gotten some really great templates of realistic looking newspapers, I haven't gotten any for cartoonish papers. Your submission will stand out much more to me if you submit a cartoonish template.

I need a reusable template for a mock news website. The site is titled "The Daily Pepe" I want it to have an old-times feel to it. The template should look like a physical print with a light grey background. Not realistic, but drawn. The template must be 1000 by 1000 pixels.

The template will have a top section, displaying the name: "The Daily Pepe", in the top right there will space for the price of the paper, which may change by the day, the price with be denominated with the symbol for Ethereum, which I have attached. on the top left corner of the page will be the flag of Kekistan, which I have also attached. Feel free to experiment with additional details such as the slogan "memeing history", "Established 2023", or whatever other ideas you may have.

Below the top Section is the main body of the paper, containing the article Title, image, author, and text preview. Today's date should also be included somewhere on the page, possibly in the top bar if you think it looks better. The image should take up as much space as possible so that it still looks believable as an actual news print, but the image is far and away the main feature, everything else is just decoration.

I would like the edges of the paper to make it look like a physical object, possibly imperfect with other papers folded behind it, on a transparent background. It should be mostly black and white, if you want to add color, please use dark greens similar to the design of theonion.com. Please fill in the text areas with example text or lorem ipsum and keep track of the fonts that were used for each section as I will need them to fill in the template later. (You do not need to keep track of the publication title font if you use one) I will also need to know the exact dimensions of the image section.
