Brief de Design Illustration

I need 4 simple illustrations of a beach (no palms), snowy/icy landscape, mountain/trail and an urban or suburban street scene, that are similar in style, level of detail and line weight to the pink highlighted mountain scene section in the attached tube mock-up image. Please include a dog in each of the scenes. The illustrations will be used for a packaging tube for the following products: Beach Paw Wax, Snow Paw Wax, Trail Paw Wax and Street Paw Wax. The line color will need to be black on a transparent background. I've included a few images for inspiration, however the images attached are far too complex and need to be a single color.
