Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for HYRLY.
Hyrly (pronounced hire-ly) is an online marketplace for businesses (small, medium, large, and enterprise) to connect with staffing firms or recruiters globally, to streamline the hiring process. 

Companies will post their open job adds on the marketplace, while staffing firms will fill those jobs by submitting candidates to those open jobs, through HYRLY.

Our target audience is two fold:
1/Companies who need quality candidates to fill their open jobsm streamline their hiring process, and save time & money in the process.

The Design Should Have:
We are thinking of a word mark logo, but will entertain an icon logo if it hits the mark. 

We are thinking that the logo should have HYRLY in all capital letters, but will entertain a logo with the word Hyrly with just the H capitalized, if the logo hits the mark.

We are thinking of rounded letters, a nice bold and creative design. 

If you come up with a way to make the name Hyrly look distinct so that people understand that it is pronounced Hire-ly, that would be great. Initially, we looked at generated logos with Hyrly spelled like: Hyr'ly, Hyr-ly, HYR'LY, HYR-LY - but we didn't like how these looked. 

We are thinking of the following colors as the logo - blue (most popular choice), red (2nd pop. choice), yellow (3rd pop.choice).

As this will primarily be a tech company building an online marketplace, we want the design to be simple, yet timeless - thus why we believe a word mark logo would be best. 

Colors to use in the design
We are thinking of the following colors as the logo - blues (most popular choice), reds (2nd pop. choice), yellows (3rd pop.choice).

We are thinking to use one of the color's you choice for the entire logo, not a mix of all colors. But we will entertain a mix if the design hits the mark. As this will primarily be a tech company building an online marketplace, we want the design to be simple, yet timeless - thus why we believe a wordmark logo would be best.
