Brief de Design de Logo

We are a wine company. We produce wines in Catalonia since 2016. Wineries in Priorat, Montsant and Penedes.
We need a new, simple horizontal logo
The symbol on the left should also work as independant logo, without the "LECTORES VINI" text on the right.
The symbol should include letters L and V. Also 2016 date. And then it's up to you to add elements. Please keep it "lean"
Color: Mediterranean blue. to represent our region.
Attached an idea of what we like. But this is just an idea.
