Brief de Design de Tatouage

A tattoo to symbolize my accomplishments as a writer. I'm looking for a tattoo to fill the space on my inner bicep that is 3in wide and 6in long.

I would like a feather pen that combines different elements of the reference photos I've found.
1.) I like the simple pen tip, without the jewel.
2.) I would like a wide, curly feather, so it fills up the available space (see 3 reference photos for suggestions)
3.) I want to add a swirl of ink at the bottom of the pen.

I want the feather to be stylized (almost cartoon-ish) so that the detail will last longer than a realism-style feather.

I prefer black and gray which matches my other tattoos, but I'm open to a little bit of color.
