Brief de Design de Tatouage

I have a lower back tattoo that is fading and I don't like the design anymore (the flowers were a cover up for a poorly done dragon tattoo). I feel it looks like two different tattoos.

I am looking for ideas for a design that could cover the dragon up and create a design where it looks like it was designed as one. I am ok with the lotus flowers staying as they would be difficult to change. I would be ok for the tattoo to continue up the middle back but more delicate. I would not want an entire back piece. I would not want the tattoo to continue to the back of the shoulders or outer edges of the middle back. Note that I am planning to remove the shoulder tattoo by laser.

I like Japanese inspired tattoos, but I like folklore in general from any culture, I like animals and sealife. I like delicate line patterns. I would like something that looks feminine and artistic, with elements of folklore. I would like to avoid blocks of heavy colour. No big dark sections.
