Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo for anew company called DBird Outfitters. It's an outdoors/hunting company. We've been using a logo that we took from the internet and modified, but its very similar to one already in use by a company called Dirty Bird Fried Chicken. We need a similar logo that looks sort like a flying bird, but also phallic and incorporates a 'd' and a 'b' somehow. See the example I uploaded. I want it to look very similar to the upload, but different enough where I won't get sued for trademark infringement. I uploaded the original dirty bird logo, and then the one we currently use for DBird Outfitters. I need high resolution image to use on shirts and hats
