Brief de Design de Modèle Word

We have a curriculum for a 12-week mental health program, delivered in Uganda. Currently, the Word format is very basic. I would like a new template created on Word which we can edit in vertical A4 page format.

This Word template would include:
• A curriculum cover page incorporating a photo
• A page for acknowledgments
• A contents page
• Stage cover pages with space for images (there are 3 stages)
• Session cover pages with space for images (there are 12 sessions)
• Pages for activity descriptions; with a title and some introduction text, a section for materials needed and duration of activity (perhaps with icons of materials/clock, formatting to have a table with step-by-step instructions and a box where top tips/extra info can be added
• An optional page with extra information for an activity to be added
• A closing page
