Brief de Web Design

I need a landing page, a description of our services and capability, as well as an enquiries link, and register candidates link. My company is called Twenty3 recruitment and we supply labourers, excavator operators, and machine operators to the Civil and railway industries. I would like to stick to our logo theme and colours of Bright green, although I want a brighter green please than what I have. I have attached Images I like as well plaese. I do need a much bigger website eventually.
