Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new fin-tech company in Sydney Australia.
We are a novated leasing/car salary packaging company that helps employees purchase and finance a car, manage all their day-to-day running costs, and have this all deducted from their salary in a tax effective manner.
We have 2 customers - the employee as mentioned above, but also the employer. We manage all of the administration, tax and payroll related processes the employer needs to support for their employees to participate in this benefit.
The are many competitors in this industry, but there is very little tech innovation. Our key differentiator will be technology. All competitors run call centre environments with old school manual paper based processes. We are first and foremost a tech company, and we will be utilising ai and other tools to deliver the industry's first fully digital user experience.
Our #1 focus is delivering the best user experience (UX) in the sector, enabled via clever tech.
We want to use 4 colours: black and white as the primaries, and blue and pink as secondaries.
The design should communicate technologically advanced, slick, sharp and vibrant. And of course it should communicate amazing user experience.
I have attached the concepts we have been working with so far. We need at least 2 versions of the logo - one that can work on a black background, and one that can work on a white background.
