Brief de Design de Logo

We need a new logo design for our mechanical engineering company based in Flowood, MS. Our company name is Engineering Resource Group, Inc. but we are known as ERG. We design state-of-the-art building mechanical systems (HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Sprinkler systems). Our firm also provide building energy efficiency consulting services with an emphais on optimizing Building Automation Systems. We would like to use the color maroon (hex code #800000). We would like two designs, one with the company name, and the second with the company name and address.
