Brief de Design de Logo

We are looking for a logo for our new business called CodeX Performance. We are an vehicle ECU software tuning/modification business.
I have attached a picture of a logo for my previous ACR Tuning company which I still quite like. I've also seen the 108 Files logo (attached) and its nice but I also like the logo in the bottom left of the third picture attached however I am happy to be shown something different as well.

I think our colour scheme will be Red/Silver/Black.
