Brief de Design de Logo

We are looking for a logo design for a new CrossFit Box called Lonomi CrossFit. We would like something vibrant and retro, yet professional. We'd like it to incorporate the Lower Part of Michigan (the mitten) as that is what Lonomi stands for - Lower Northern Michigan. I have a design already created and attached. We like the one attached however I couldn't make the kettlebell (the i in Lonomi) the same effect as the writing. We tried to also place the kettlebell around where we are located in Cadillac, MI. If you could take this design and somehow elevate it or create something unique from this idea for our gym, we would appreciate it! Thank you!
