Brief de Design de T-shirt

Looking for a t shirt design that would look good as a full color design as well as a 1 color design, if colors are removed. I’m looking for a mix of 80’s graffiti art from the Bay Area mixed with a vacation vide from the Hawaiian islands.

Text in/on image/design to focus on is “Bay Area Mindset Ohana Spirit”
“Hella Ohana” can be placed on design in one of the corners, in a signature format. I want the company name there but not a focus point. The creative design is the focus point.
Inspiration images attached. Please feel free to be as creative as you need to be.
Final image will be used for stickers and tshirt designs.
