Brief de Design de Logo

We are under the umbrella of our main brand, called New Frontier Immigration Law (logo attached), so we would like the logo design to be on the same design line as the rest of the family, we are also including the logo of our Foundation (also attached).
I imagine the logo being very colorful, with some vibrant colors, also getting some type of street art vibe/spray paint with like some splashes of paint or something, or even a POW cartoon/comic vibe, or something, very playful and gender neutral.
