Brief de Design de Logo

I am starting woodworking business from a hobby and need a simple catchy logo for burning into projects and put on website, facebook, stationary, cards, embroidery on shirts hats and such, so I would like color, but needs to look good in greytones so when it is layered into wood it still looks good. This example I sent is what we threw together temporarily. I am not creative that's why I am putting it out there, I know when I see it If I'll like it
