Brief de Design de Tatouage

I've been wanting to get my first tattoo for years. Penguins have been my favorite animal since I was a child in combination with the added symbolism from various cultures.

The cyberpunk portion comes from my adult life and passion for technology and creating new innovative pieces of the future to leave behind for future generations yet living in the (mess of a) modern world.

The attached image is an example of the style I am looking for. Tophat and bowtie are a must. I would also like him to be holding some kind of balloon. Ideally a purple balloon with an orange bowtie (or vice versa). Though as long as they are some matching/contrasting colors then it's fine. Bonus points if a formal cane can be included but it is not required. A slight background or something to add more flair is also a nice plus.

For a little more context, I'm a 6'3" (190cm) white male, and the intended location for this tattoo is my right side starting at the hip and going up my rib cage, not to exceed 3.5 inches (9cm) wide and 7-ish inches (18-20cm) tall
