Brief de Design de Logo

I require a logo for my new property development business -
Dunwood. I’ve considered Dunwood Estates, Dunwood Developments, Dunwood Properties but I think unsung the name Dunwood with a catchy tag line to express the business or service would be more appealing.

I have spent 40 years building a food manufacturing business, employing over 800 people and my business was acquired in 2021.
My other interests are property, having grown the private portfolio over the last ten years to twenty properties in various formats from commercial sheds to private dwellings,
I am looking to register a business and develop the new enterprise in acquiring additional properties along with property management and maintenance services.

The name “Dunwood” is the area where I live, and my main dwelling is called “Dunwood House”

I’ve considered Dunwood Estates, Dunwood Developments, Dunwood Properties but I think a good starting point would be to use the generic “Dunwood” name and expand on the services offered.

I would like a classy modern design with a logo to support the name. No specific colour requirements, having dealt with several design agencies over the years, I prefer the designers to have carte blanch giving them an open book to develop the idea.

This is a new venture, no social media channels are live, we can do this once the design is agreed which will be the starting point for my business plan.

• The ability to transfer the logo without the issue of Pantone colour problems with print, social media channels etc. In my previous business, we used an orange 165c which caused issues with printing, vehicle decals and online content to ensure the correct colour transpired.
