Brief de Design de Logo

Design a logo for a mobile app racing platform that uses GPS waypoints and results get posted on the web. The platform will accept many racing disciplines in different environments (Sky, Sea, Land) and can be used for motorized and non motorized sports.
Logo should be minimalistic with one or two colors, white and blue (more on the light blue. I t should be pictorial and text. It should depict and kind of represent the functionality of the app with a glimps at the logo. People should identify, 1 racing, 2 racing along waypoints/track, 3 a cloud to depict that we are posting results on the cloud or racing against others on the cloud 'internet'
