Brief de Design de Logo

We have now merged the parent company and the subsidiary into one. A new name, a new logo and a new profile must be created.
One company is doing electrical assembly, switchboard construction and production. The other company supplies its own products and systems to the Subsea and marine industry. Underwater cameras, lights, cables, systems and in addition complete systems for well boats.
With our new company we will be focusing on both professional disciplines and merge this together to be able to deliver more to our customers.

Under one new name, the company will deliver both on land and in water.

We are looking for a modern expression. The logo must be easily recognizable, can be used alone and in conjunction with the company name.

Our name will be: Ferd Solutions AS / FERD Solutions AS
AS is out company term - limited liability company and doesnt need to be in the logo it self. Out legal name will be FERD Solutions AS but we will use FERD Solutions for the most part. When displaying our logo we will use FERD Solutions AS, in writings we will use FERD Solutions

Our company is located on an island called nøtterøy and is close to the sea. Our municipality is called “Færder” and our new company name is Ferd Solutions. The word “Ferd” has a meaning in Norwegian as “Journey”/” Trip”. This is also where we feel we are as a company, on a journey to a new era toward a new future.

Our existing two webpages (this is just for reference). We do not believe that we need a logo that expresses some of our disciplines or work. We invision more a modern expression that creates curiosity and engagement.
