Brief de Design de Carte Postale
Need to make a marketing post card to send to patients explaining that:
1. We treat joint pain/problems (shoulder, hip, knee, back)
2. Board Certified and Fellowship Trained Orthopaedic Surgeon (Dr. David Saper MD, FAAOS)
3. We are in Republic Bank Building on Lincoln and Touhy
4. Can make an appointment online at www.edensortho.com
5. Office phone is 847-585-2332
6. Can pull info from www.edensortho.com
7. Need to put in US Postal Service EDDM indicia/stamp on the back of post card (attached below).
8. Would be great if a QR code could be placed on it as well.
9. Logo somewhere on the card.
10. Maybe background map of where the practice is located?? (just an idea)
11. Practice mailing address on the card as well. See website for address.
Obviously a double sided post card to mail. Size should be 6.5 inches by 9 inches.
