Brief de Design de Logo

Looking for a logo for my real estate brand, Wicked Epic Real Estate. I envision the word Wicked being curved above the word Epic. The word 'Wicked' should be in an italicised/grafiti type of look. The word 'EPIC' should be in all caps and should be of an outline font. I would like the letters of EPIC done in 4 different rich, deep, cool colors. Both words should be wicked and epic in design;). it is important tho that both words are quite legible from a distance, as this logo will form the basis of my Real Estate Sign that the logo will be part of.

The words ’Real Estate’ would be much smaller below the word epic (this can look like a typical professional font).
am definitely looking for your creativity to work with these ideas!

I don’t care for any images to be on the logo. But maybe the words/logo to be within a circle?

I want a cool, hip logo for my real estate business, but want the focus to be on the cool logo and for it not to look like a typical real estate logo.
