Brief de Design de Catalogue

We are looking for a brochure for our clients showcasing our buildings. We are a post frame building company that makes commercial, ag, homes, and other building types. We are looking for a brochure that we can use with all the types of buildings simply by changing out the pictures. We would like a more photo heavy brochure thats 1-5 pages. We want the design to feel high end luxury. Our colors are black, white, and chrome. I will upload our logo as well as some building photos in the suburban category of our buildings. We would like a page to showcase some building layouts as well.

We need the size to be us letter size.
