Brief de Design de T-shirt

I need a medium to large graphic for the back of a shirt. The brand is One Percent Harder a motivational brand primarily geared towards young adults looking to become the best versions of themselves whether that be being more kind, working out, or seeking out a therapist. Core Values: Compassion, Accountability, Vulnerability, Community. Everyone's 'one percent' looks different. The final design should make it clear that each individual has their own 'one percent' and can include words or phrases like "What's your one percent" or "continuous improvement is key" I like the idea of using stick figures to represent One Percent's. Finally please do not include a picture of the earth. Brand colors are: Green: #7dba00 Blue: #008581 Orange: #ff6900 Grey: #8c8t91 secondary colors include Pink: #fd538f Purple: #ab33bd Font:TTfirs. Colors and font are just reccomendations do with what you please. Provided is the One Percent Harder logo.
