Billboard in Freeway size

I'll make it easier for you in what I'm looking for. Please look at the Noble Billboard picture attached.

1) Put my "Blue Shield" to the left, replacing their logo
2) change color patterns from their (Black, Gold, White) to my color schemes of (Black, Blue, White)
3) I want to see my name where their is:

4) to the right, add the A+Rated logo and BBB+ Accredited logo, 5 Star Google Rated logo, 5 Start NEXTDOOR Highly Rated logo, etc..

5) the right side is where you can be creative as I will not have a picture of me there.
