Brief de Design de Logo

I am creating my own PR company called Clarion Advisory and I am looking for a logo that I can use on my web site and across all of my collaterals. The design needs to be sophisticated and serious. I am thinking darker colours would convey that best. My potential customer base will mostly be large global financial services companies so this needs to be something that will resonate with them. Clarion itself means clear - a clear call to action.
