Brief de Design de Logo

We need a new logo design that is updated and more modern. We do not want to completely change the entire design so I was hoping to come up with an updated version so as not to have to re-brand or confuse our existing customers.
I would like to remove the text "& Rooter Service" from logo, leaving only "Serv'All Plumbing".
We are a family owned and operated plumbing company in Atlanta, Ga. We primarily perform service calls for residential and commercial customers in north metro Atlanta.
I would ultimatley like to achieve a sleek, easy to read, and comfortability in a new design.
